Retail orders in Greece

Orders within Greece are shipped with ELTA or BOX NOW, when the selected service is available for the destination and the products in the order. The available methods and the exact shipping charge are shown at checkout according to destination, parcel weight and dimensions.

For BOX NOW deliveries, the customer selects an available locker during checkout. If locker delivery is not available for a particular order, another available method must be selected.

Retail orders outside Greece

International orders are shipped with ELTA or FedEx, depending on destination, parcel characteristics and the service selected at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or local fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Preparation and dispatch

Each product page states whether the item is immediately available or made to order and gives an indicative dispatch period. When an order contains products with different preparation times, dispatch normally follows the item with the longest preparation time unless a separate arrangement is agreed.

Wholesale orders

For wholesale deliveries within Greece, orders may be sent with ELTA or a transport company. Shipping costs are borne by the wholesale customer. For wholesale deliveries outside Greece, ELTA or FedEx may be used; shipping charges and any customs duties or import costs are borne by the customer.

Wholesale shipping prices, the final carrier and estimated delivery times are confirmed after communication. Product pages provide indicative preparation and dispatch times, but the schedule for the complete wholesale order is confirmed separately.
