Are the icons handmade?

Every piece is prepared and finished individually by hand. The exact material and technique are stated on each product page; not every product is hand-painted.

When will my order be dispatched?

The availability section of each product shows whether it is immediately available or made to order and gives an indicative dispatch period.

Can I request a custom product?

Yes. Contact us with the subject, dimensions, quantity and the date you need it. Custom work begins only after availability, price and timing have been agreed.

Can one order contain ready-to-ship and made-to-order items?

Yes. The complete order will normally be dispatched when every item is ready unless a different arrangement is agreed.

How do I apply for wholesale access?

Choose wholesale customer during registration or submit the application on the Wholesale page. Prices become visible after the business account has been approved.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Retail shipping charges are calculated at checkout from destination, weight, dimensions and available carrier. Wholesale shipping is confirmed after communication.
